The manager was super helpful in organizing a fun safari with an excellent guide, and the cozy garden areas were perfect for unwinding. I loved spending time in the TV room and grabbing a drink at the bar when I wanted to relax. The only thing was that I wished the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but it didn’t really put a damper on my stay. 😊

The room was clean and had decent amenities. The staff was helpful when addressing issues, such as guiding me to another room due to a malfunctioning shower.
The shower had clogs, which made it difficult to use properly, and I experienced delays with laundry service that caused inconvenience.

The gardens are a nice escape, well-maintained and provide a peaceful environment. The outdoor dining area was a pleasant spot for meals, offering a cozy atmosphere for unwinding after exploring the area.
Unfortunately, the shower was clunky and had clogged holes, making for a less-than-ideal washing experience. The bathroom could use some attention, as it felt dated and the overall room could benefit from extra power sockets. bats seem to have taken up residence in the roof, creating an odor that dampened the ambiance. There's a noticeable lack of management presence regarding the noise and behavior of other guests, making for an uncomfortable stay at times.

Just a suitable option for an overnight stop in Nakuru with value for price. Room was clean and had decent amenities. Double check your meal orders, as there was a mix-up during my stay.
